Christmas time means...
Ward Parties...
Clara enjoying her donut at our ward Christmas party.
Work parties...
We went to our first Christmas party for Tyler's new job. It was fun to get all dressed up and have a fun night out! These aren't the best pictures, but considering that the photographer was only 4 ft. tall and age 6, they're not too bad either. :-)
Birthdays...
Clara received a birthday present from her Great-Grandparents Wagners and was so excited to open it!
Clara wearing her new outfit from her Great-Grandparents. And her new favorite hobby - riding her bike around the house. As long as the wheels are clean I don't mind. :-)
Doorbell ditching surprises and goodies...
A family in our ward inherited this HUGE bear for Christmas last year and decided to spread the love. So they made up a cute Christmas story about Pete the Christmas bear who loved to share peace and love to everyone. So people in the neighborhood/ward have been doorbell ditching at night leaving Pete at various doorsteps. And the letter says that whoever gets Pete on Christmas Eve must care for him until Dec. 1st of the next year. The kids are hoping that will be us - you can imagine what I'm thinking. :-) Do you see how HUGE this bear is!?!?!?
Elf hats...
Christmas trees...
I love having our family tree. It is so fun to pull out the ornaments each year and remember whose is whose. Each year the kids get a new ornament for one of their Christmas presents and when they get married they will take all those ornaments with them. Someday I'll have a fancy tree, but for now I love our family tree.
Caroling...
My family had a set of carolers when I was growing up, so I was thrilled when my mom bought our family a set. Can you tell who is who? From L to R: Addi, Cooper, Tyler, Clara, Kristen, Ella
Stockings...
Shopping...
She is all girl and loves to bring a purse wherever we are going.
Christmas cards...
But most importantly - The birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ...
