Gas, Outing, FHE, & Super Strength

Tyler's car only takes diesel gas and he's learned that the handles for the pump are always super gross.  After talking about it at lunch with a guy one time, the guy whipped out some rubber gloves out of his glove box and handed them to Tyler.  Thanks to him Tyler never has to touch a nasty diesel pump handle again. :-)

One Sunday after church we decided to go for a little drive.  We drove out to Canyon Lake and saw all the wildflowers in bloom and it was nice to enjoy the blue skies and beautiful weather as a family.

This was from FHE a couple of weeks ago.  Ella taught us about Joseph Smith and the first vision to pass of a goal in her Faith in God book.  And Clara led the music.  I love that are kids are excited to have FHE.  We'll see if that changes as they get older, but for now it's really fun!

This girl has super strength.  She was only 1 month in this picture and she would hold herself up like this for minutes!  Hopefully that doesn't mean she's going to be crawling soon!

Hooray!!! Addison is 6!!!

Our sweet Addison turned 6 years old on March 17th!  When she was born all the nurses said that she would be my good luck charm and I didn't understand why until I got home and realized that she was born on St. Patrick's day!  Not that we've ever been big celebrators of the holiday, but it's fun to add a little green into her birthday. :-)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADDI!!!

It's always fun when G&G Wagner visit from California.  They always make the kids feel so special. (grandparents are good at that)

G&G Wagner treated Addi to dinner for her birthday at Johnny Rockets.  It was our first time there and they made her feel special.

Birthday Girl! (this was taken on her actual birthday)

I painted a small wall in our hallway with chalkboard paint and Tyler is always so good about decorating it for the kid's birthdays.  It's become a fun tradition that they look forward to.

All of our kids have become obsessed with rainbow loom.  Cooper and Ella got one for Christmas and then Addi wanted one for her birthday.

Every other year the kids get a friend birthday party or a family party.  This is the year of friend parties and Addi came up with the idea of a Salon Party.  I couldn't have pulled it off without my AMAZING sisters in laws: Jaimie, Caitlin, Kelsea, & Annie.  They helped with the girl's makeup, hair, and nails.  It was a fun party and the girls were so sweet.

These were the goody bags and I was pretty proud of my thriftiness and creativity. :-)  The had a nail file, comb, lipgloss, and nail polish.

Of course Ella and Clara couldn't sit by and watch.  They had to get in on the action too.  Cooper watched from a distance. :-)

Dad was in charge of Mae. :-)

Of course a birthday party wouldn't be a party without a piƱata. :-)

Addi's friend colored a picture for her for her birthday.  They are so cute!
