We love to eat.
We love to exercise & be active.
But lately I have been loving the eating part a lot, and NOT loving the exercise part as much as I should. I tell myself it's because "the sun doesn't rise until almost 7 a.m. right now so it's hard to get up", or "I'm just getting old and lazy", or the best is "I will do it tomorrow". I don't know what my problem is, but something needs to change or I am going to start blowing up! I used to go the nearby gym and attend the 5:15 a.m. classes because that's really the only time I can go. Otherwise, I'm paying for childcare or disturbing family time. But as I mentioned 5:15 a.m. comes and goes and I'm still in bed. So I've had my membership on hold for awhile and I've been trying to motivate myself to do stuff at home...yoga, pilates, Firm videos, kickboxing videos, etc. For the most part I've been doing okay. But I need to do better.
...Atleast I have a workout buddy!

Amen to that I have a hard time waking up but that is the only time it seems!

5:15! Wow. That is impressive. My roommate and I have been exercising the last few weeks at 7:30 and that has been pushing it.
It does make a difference but boy the sacrifice is hard. Keep it up!
