What better way to start off December then by attending an ugly sweater party! And Tyler almost won 1st place for not only his ugly sweater but for really getting into character (He's an 80's jogger). He doesn't have it on in the picture but he found his old walkman from high school and wore it on his hip with headphones. Coolest thing about it is that it still worked! :-) Doesn't he look hot!?
You find many pictures of me pregnant (it's just not my thing), but this one hides enough that I was willing to post it. :-)
In order to steal someone's already opened gift you had to compete for it. It was pretty awesome to see the leg wrestling, running man, etc. Fun night!
Next event of the month was Jones caroling. The kids always look forward to this and I admit that I do to. I think it's becoming a lost part of Christmas for so many people and it's fun to bring joy to Great Grandma Jones' friends and neighbors thru carols.
Cute kids bundled up and ready to sing!
This reminded us of the little girl on Despicable Me :-)

Next event - my birthday! I can't believe another year has already gone by and I am 31!!! I'm definitely feeling it more this year (probably because I am 32 weeks pregnant), but here's to another great year! My parents were able to come which made the day special and Tyler took me out to a play that night. It was a great day!
When my mom asked me what kind of cake I wanted and said that I wanted Dad to pick it. I knew he would find something good. These were the most delicious gourmet cupcakes ever! One cupcake and you were stuffed!
Mom and the kids
Thanks Mom & Dad for the special cupcakes!
I never have to worry about missing any candles with my little helpers. (I love Addi's face)
Cooper made this for me at school
Ella's been taking sewing lessons and she made these for the baby. I can't wait to use them!
Of course I can't be the only one to open presents - not when it's 6 days from Christmas and there's presents under the tree. :-) So Grandma agreed to let each of the kids open one of their gifts from her. Ella and Addi opened ornaments, Clara opened her new favorite pet, and I didn't get a picture of what Cooper opened for some reason. :-(
